Oleg Matytsin, president of the International University Sports Federations, is satisfied too: he saied the 2019 Summer Universiade World University Games in Naples will show that Italy is capable of organising world sporting events.
"This will also be useful because Italy is a candidate for hosting the 2026 Winter Universiade," Matytsin said, speaking at a meeting on the status of the start of construction projects for the 2019 Universiade, which will take place in Naples and Campania from July 3 through July 14.
